The LEP will be processing your personal data for the purpose of making appointments and monitoring the effectiveness of the appointment process. We will share your details only with those who are involved in the appointments process.

The information you provide will be processed internally within LEP, panel members, relevant Partner Organisation and if necessary, with other Government Departments. We may share your details with Search Firms related to the specific recruitment campaigns.

The information you provide in the application process will be retained for 2 years from the appointment of the successful candidate. Anonymised diversity data will be retained for up to 5 years in order to identify trends and patterns in applications to ensure that a diverse mix of individuals are appointed. Current legislation requires that those providing monitoring information must give their consent to it being used, even though the individual is not identified.
